LipoDissolve has been utilized for cosmetic purposes since the mid 90s. It is a non-surgical treatment which involves a naturally occurring enzyme solution (and soy product) called phosphatidylcholine deoxycholate, or PCDC, which is administered through a series of micro-injections to permanently dissolve the fat in unwanted areas. PCDC has been used in various medical applications since the 1950s.

After the LipoDissolve injections are administered, fat cells are broken down, absorbed and excreted by the body. The treatment is a safe and effective solution, consistently and predictably dissolving fat in areas typically hard to target with exercise such as the upper and lower abdomen, thighs, buttocks, upper arms and chin. Meso-therapy on the other hand is the practice of using a series of micro-injections consisting of a wide range of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and medications placed just under the surface of the skin in the mesoderm.
