One obvious solution is to wear less tight clothing and to effectively conceal the problem. However, for women with an otherwise good figure, it's frustrating to have to hide their otherwise svelte look under layers of loose clothing. While it's relatively easy to contour obviously bulging parts of the body such as the abdomen, buttocks and upper thighs through a combination of diet and exercise, there will still be areas in the small of the back and the middle of the back that will retain fatty deposits. The area on the back where the straps of a bra go tend to lump up around the strap, causing what is commonly known as a bra bulge, and this is one of the hardest fat groups to get rid of through exercise. Targeted micro liposuction may be the answer, if you have already tried to lose excess pounds and take regular exercise, but find that the pockets of back fat still exist. Micro liposuction uses a much smaller cannula than regular liposuction and is designed specifically to work on small targeted areas of the body. The procedure is normally carried out on an out-patient basis, and only local anaesthetic is required, and the entire process of removing bra bulges is quite painless. Recovery time for micro liposuction to remove bra bulges is also shorter than for regular liposuction, since the body does not suffer the same degree of shock that might normally be associated with a larger amount of fat removal. Depending on the amount of fat that is removed during a bra bulge removal procedure, a small degree of body contouring may be required, to deal with lose skin that remains after the liposuction. This will depend also on the age of the patient, since older women undergoing this liposuction procedure will have less skin elasticity and their skin will be less able to naturally adjust to the loss of fat involved. |
