Dr. Jasper received certification from the American Board of Plastic
Surgery in 1982. He is credentialed to perform plastic and
reconstructive surgery at Mercy General and Sutter Community Hospitals.
He served for 12 years as Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic
Surgery at the University of California, Davis. He is Past President of
the Greater Sacramento Society of Plastic Surgeons.
