Manhattan Surgical Care is directed by Basil Pakeman, M.D., F.R.C.S. Dr. Pakeman is double board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (Canada), and is a fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He specializes in cosmetic and oculofacial surgery and comprehensive vision care.
